Dallas Partner Stefan Smith has been elected to the SouthWest Benefits Association (SWBA) Board of Directors, a regional, non-profit association designed to foster relationships and support the educational growth of professionals in employee benefits. His three-year term was effective July 1.
SWBA serves Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, Missouri and Kansas. Its members represent a range of benefits professionals, including corporate human resources, benefit plan administration, financial management, investment counseling, third party administration, law, accounting, actuarial, and consulting. Members have the opportunity to discuss an array of issues confronting professionals in the complex and increasingly regulated field of employee benefits.
